The Boogie Queen

Signed by Universal in 2011, the pianist and singer Ladyva goes from one success to another ever since, including awards and TV shows. She has more than 100 millions vues of all her videos on Youtube and Instagram.

She performed in all the European boogie festivals as well as different big events with show business stars : In London and Glasgow to honor Jerry Lee Lewis (2015), at the Cigar Awards in London with Burt Reynolds, Charlie Sheen and Jonathan Ross (2016), invited by Jools Holland at Boogie Woogie & Blues Spectacular (2016), at London Coliseum with the London Concert Orchestra for the « Beatles Symphonic » with Bonnie Tyler (2017), invited again by Jools Holland at the Boogie Woogie & Blues Spectacular with « Dr House » alias Hugh Laurie (2018), with Kool & the Gang à la grande pyramide de Gizeh en Egypte (2022)…

She appeared numerous times on European TV, especially at home in Switzerland, but also in her second homeland the Dominican Republic (more than 50 popular shows) as well as : Live at the « Late Late Show » on Irish TV (2015), At the election of Miss Bulgarie on Bulgarian TV (2016), at the famous English TV show « Loose Women » on ITV (2018). In 2017, she received from the hands of Jools Holland the award of « Best Boogie Woogie Pianist 2017 ».

On the 29th and 30th of November 2024 at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Nicolle Rochelle (USA) sings Tina Turner, Etta James & Sugarpie De Santo

Early Soul, Rhythm’n blues & blues in this new project of Nicolle Rochelle (USA) who plays a repertoire mixing early hits of Tina Turner, Etta James and titles of a forgotten great lady singer :Sugar Pie Desanto, who was lighting up the stage opening for James Brown.

The energy and the warm voice of Nicolle Rochelle together with the sound of the band take us back to this era : Welcome to the 60’s & 70's !

Nicolle Rochelle is a singer and dancer who got a great success in Paris in her interpretation of Josephine Baker in the Musical directed by Jérôme Savary paying tribute to New Orleans.
Also actress, she played among other things in the USA in "The CosbyShow" on TV and in "Fame" on Broadway.

The singer and pianist Ulf Sandstrom, a real entertainer with a great charisma and energy, pay tribute with a fantastic band to the pianists pioneers of rock'n roll, creators of one of the first hits of this music : Jerry Lee Lewis (Great Balls of Fire, Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On »…), Little Richard (Tutti Frutti, Good Golly Miss Molly...), Fats Domino (Ain't That a Shame, Blueberry Hill...), Ray Charles (What'd I Say, Hit the Road Jack...).

On the first show on August 2023, at the time only on Jerry Lee Lewis, they set fire to the audience of the La Baule Jazz Festival (F) : A torrid dive in the 50's !

Considered as one of the best banjo player of the history of New Orleans and as the keeper of the Louisiana creole culture, banjo Hall of Fame 2022, the banjo/guitar player and singer Don Vappie has played with various jazz & blues stars such as Wynton Marsalis, Eric Clapton, Diana Krall, Terence Blanchard, Peggy Lee…

He presented on the big stage of Jazz in Marciac in August 2022 his album « The Blue Book of Storyville », a personal tribute to New Orleans.
